Come and discover this charming house in the heart of Collioure's pedestrianized town center, just 200 meters from Boramar beach and its historic landmark: the church bell tower. Thanks to its location, you'll only have to step outside to enjoy the restaurants and shops. It's the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Sleeping 4 people, this house comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms overlooking the garden (one with an en-suite shower room and toilet), and a spacious 30m² garden with a sun lounger where you can fully enjoy your holiday, whether having breakfast in the morning sun or dinner at sunset with the mountains and the Madeloc tower before you.

Zentral gelegen und ruhig

Die Wohnung ist zwar zentral gelegen, ist aber nur mit großen Schwierigkeiten mit Gepäck zu erreichen: nur fußläufig ohne Fahrstrassenanbindung und über eine steile Treppengasse. Ein Hinweis hierauf fehlt bei der Beschreibung. Sie ist zwar schön und raffiniert fotografiert, entspricht aber keinesfalls dem Standard für den verlangten Preis. Sie ist alt und abgewohnt. Besonders nachteilig das mit Brettern zugenagelte Fenster im Schlafraum. Wenigstens haben die vorhandenen Geräte funktioniert. Was auffällt ist die Lieblosigkeit der Küchenausstattung: es gibt nicht einmal Weingläser und das in einem Land, wo genug Wein wächst, geschätzt und getrunken wird. Im übrigen kann man die

Super séjour à Collioure. Le logement fidèle à notre attente et nous avons très apprécié le jardinet : petit dej et déjeuné sur cette terrasse ensoleillée. Le logement était complet mais un peu sombre. Très bien placé …nous avons passé un beau séjour avec 2 adolescents.

Vacances Collioure

Location idéalement située en plein coeur de Collioure avec ses ruelles et ses splendides bougainvilliers. Attention car pour accéder au logement il y a des marches et se situe loin de la route (à prévoir pour les valises et les courses). Je le déconseille pour les personnes handicapés et à mobilité réduite. Prévoir également la location d'une place de parking car très peu de place pour beaucoup de vacanciers...

Séjour très agréable . Logement à recommander

La ville se prête à laisser les ados vivre leur vie sans crainte. Collioure était une destination idéale, boutiques, baignades, restaurants… nous n’avons pas du tout cuisiné mais les petits déjeuners dans le jardin étaient un moment de pur bonheur. et nous n’avons pas utilisé pour les 3 jours la voiture. Car se garer reste problématique !
