Perigord house with a neat decoration in very soft shades of grey and white (the photos are not in black and white), detached on private land, in the countryside, in the middle of nature, quiet but 10 minutes walk from the city centre and all shops.
Ground floor: the living room with: living room (sofa, TV) and kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, electric hob, extractor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pressure cooker, dishwasher)
Upstairs: the bedroom with a beautiful exposed framework, 1 bed 140, the bathroom (shower) with the washing machine and toilet.
Outside: Private parking, Terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue. Not overlooked, beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
Heating. Double glazing. Electric shutters Free Wi-Fi. Access to the owner's swimming pool.
In the heart of the Périgord Noir: SARLAT (20km) - Les EYZIES (18km). Within a radius of a few kilometres around the cottage you will find: hiking trails, picturesque villages listed, castles, prehistoric sites, caves (LASCAUX 4 .....) farmers' markets where you will taste local products.
OFF SEASON rental from 3 nights
Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) is not provided.
The tenant undertakes to return the cottage in a perfect state of tidiness and cleanliness on the day of departure. Basic necessities (salt, pepper... cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.) are in the cottage, and the tenant is responsible for replacing them on the day of departure

Location bien située pour visiter la Dordogne, Maryline est très sympathique et accueillante, le logement est propre et fonctionnel , la literie est confortable.Il y a toutefois quelques points à signaler et à mettre en évidence avant de louer: - escalier un peu raide - pas de draps fournis, ni serviettes de toilettes , ni torchon de cuisine - pas de sèche cheveux - pas de grill de barbecue - chiens qui pleurent la nuit - faire le ménage avant de partir - et nous avons signé une décharge pour la piscine dont nous n'avions pas pris connaissance du contenu car nous étions en pleine sieste, c'est la 1ère fois que cela nous arrive!

Tres bon accueil de Marilyn. Gentillesse disponibilite.La maison etait agreable. Tres propre.Prevoir pour le futur la possibilite de fourniture de draps linge de toilette menage en augmentant le prix du sejour.Ce serait tres apprecie.Region tres belle. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
