In addition to the bedrooms, we have one new Full Size sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room.

Stainless Steel gas grill on the lower level. The house also has (14) beach chairs for your convenience.

Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42" soft-close cabinets; and dining table.

Two laundry rooms with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer.

This home is the perfect beach vacation and will instantly become your home away from home!

The 12' x 24' in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax. The depth is 3' in the shallow end to 6' in the deep end. The pool is NOT heated.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.
Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.

Great location

The home was beautiful and a great location, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart was great and the elevator was awesome for moving things in! We did not use the pool as it was to cold and it isn’t heated. The kids would have loved a heated pool! The sandy beach was great though! The host was quick to respond to a couple issues that we had. Overall a great family vacation spot.

Nice House, Enjoyed Stay

Nice house, all amenities. Two rooms had bunk beds, others had only one bed each unlike other houses that cram two beds in each bedroom to increase number of people it will accommodate for advertising. It is a few minutes walk to the beach so not convenient for impulse visits but the cart provided is good for planed beach visits. The manager was VERY responsive and a joy to work with. Didn't use the upstairs family room and main downstairs could use a little more seating room. Definitely would recommend if the size fits your needs and quick beach access is not the top priority.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home over our fall break! The home was spotless and fully stocked. The beach chairs, golf cart, elevator and pool were so nice to have right there for our use. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and truly made sure we had a 5 star experience. The hand written note and welcome basket were a special touch and were very much appreciated! Would highly recommend this beach house for your next stay in Navarre!
