Miles of paved Bike and walking trails are in the back yard that go along Bear Lake and throughout Garden city. Take a dip in the pool/private hot tub or BBQ on the back deck and enjoy views of the Majestic blue Bear Lake. Cozy up in front of the fireplace and drink hot cocoa on a snowy day. Located a short 15 minute drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort.
KITCHEN/DINING:
We have intentionally stocked this kitchen with everything you'll need to make your favorite meals while on vacation! Top of the line appliances & the open floor plan make the kitchen and living areas one of the most popular gathering places in our home! Everything is included from the crockpot to the BBQ Grill!
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couches provide plenty of seating, and the large Smart TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view of the turquoise blue lake!
BEDROOMS:
We know that you'll be exhausted after spending all day exploring Bear Lake, so we've furnished our bedrooms with high quality mattresses so you can get the rest you need each night! There are two master bedrooms. One on the main floor which has access to the main floor bathroom. The second master is downstairs to the left with its own ensuite bathroom and KING bed. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs to the right in the daylight basement one being a bunk room with 6 twins and the other having a queen mattress.
CLUBHOUSE:
The HOA clubhouse across the street offers a pool and hot tub, couches, a dining table, foosball, pool table, extra toilets, and a large shower for both men and women. The community pool and hot tub also have a large grass area in the commons with a playset.

PARKING:
You have parking in the driveway for two vehicles(three if they are compact), there is also parking for two-four additional vehicles(depending on size) on the gravel to the left side of the home. Our HOA offers Overflow parking for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. on a first come first serve basis. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!
LOCATION:
You can't beat the location with this house being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store(Mikes Market). This home is across the street (1-minute walk) from the clubhouse and pool--open during the summer. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (17 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is a 5 minute walk away. Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain Ski resort is short 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!
***The community pool and hot tub are only open from memorial weekend to labor day weekend. The private Hot tub is open year round.
