Thanks so much for opening up your beautiful home for us. We had a fantastic family gathering. This place is made for extended family gatherings. Room for kids and grandkids with plenty of things to do. The house is clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice to have some paddle boards and kayaks on site so we didn't have to bring any from home. The grand kids had plenty to do when we weren't out on the lake. Just a great week for us. I would recommend this home for a getaway or family get together. Thanks again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay with our 4 married children & 2 granddaughters! We loved the multiple bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen & beautiful deck with stunning views of the lake! Hi! We are John and Amy Nollner. We have 4 children, 2 of which are grown and 2 littles. We have had the unique opportunity to travel and live all over the world. Most of the time when we travel we prefer to stay in a vacation home because we love to experience the local culture and people. Now that we have 2 little ones, we wanted a place that was close enough to get away but not so far that we couldn't jet up for a weekend away. We have always loved to go to Bear Lake, and decided that we wanted our kids to be able to experience it as well. We are excited about the opportunity to share our love of the area with others.

Why they chose this property

We looked for several months to find the perfect place to buy that would accommodate our large extended family and groups of friends, but be cozy enough for our little family to enjoy as well. When we looked at this property we felt at home and wanted to sit down and enjoy the view. We could see our kids playing here while we relaxed on the deck. We love that it is so close to the water and also to hiking/biking trails. We also love that we don't have to be constantly worried that our little ones will sneak out to the water by themselves.

What makes this property unique

Views for DAYS! The view from this home takes my breath away every single time. In our family we always fight over who gets the King sized beds, so we put 4 kings in the house so we all get a good nights sleep and can enjoy our days at the lake or hiking up the canyon.
