A true hidden gem as the guests would say! This space is a renovated guest house/in-law suite (above our garage). We are located across the street from the beach with private beach access. This space is detached from the main house and has its' own entrance and separate HVAC. It features a fully stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom with king size bed, sectional couch with pull out full bed and 1 full bathroom. NO smoking/vaping in or on the property.
This is our guest house apartment/in-law suite located above our garage. We live here full-time in the main house. The detached guest house is above our garage and you will hear the garage open/close and vehicles pulling entering/exiting through various times of the day/night. The driveway is shared with the hosts. It is a u-shaped driveway with 2 entrances. We have one designated parking spot to the right of the garage for 1 vehicle.
BEACH:
We have 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag and 4 beach towels available to use during your stay! Outdoor shower (shared space) is located under the stairs to rinse off any sand from the beach.

It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per VRBO listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property.
