Welcome to A Wave From It All at the Beach Club Villas, a beautiful beach retreat located in the gated community at the Sawgrass Country Club.You will have access to a private beach that only club members have access to.You are steps away from this beautiful private beach.Come take a scroll & put your toes in the sand in the earlier morning hours while waiting for the sunrise on one side & views of the million dollar homes on the other.Everything you need is right here in this ground floor condo

Please be aware that the private amenities at the Sawgrass Country Club are not accessible to guest/vacationers such as (tennis, golf, restaurant, beach club etc.) You do have access to the community pools that are near by.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please throw away any leftover/opened food and all trash from the bathrooms. All trash should be taken out to the dumpster that is in the parking lot. -Please load the dishwasher and start it.
-Towels/Sheets are placed in the blue laundry bag that is left in the laundry room or thrown into the washer. DO NOT START WASHER! If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
-Turn off all the lights and appliances -Close all open windows and lock all doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking/Vaping: Not allowed inside/on patio. If smoke smell is detected $500 will be charged No pets allowed!$500 will be charged for breaking rules
Color towels are for pool/beach.If we have ANY missing/damaged/stained towels/ Linens/pillows/kitchen items/furniture, we will charge for replacement
For earlier check in or out there is a $75 dollar fee that is added to your stay. No parties, gatherings or events!

Fabulous spot just steps from the beach

This spot gives a whole new meaning to the term, "Short walk to the beach." The beach (the sand itself, not the parking lot) is literally a 2 minute walk from the front door. So, this very nice and very clean condo is extremely convenient. I would recommend it to anybody.

Disappointing that access to clubhouse is not included in the villa rental.

The clubhouse is not included in the rental because there is a waitlist to join and the membership is $75k to join. They also don’t accept cash when you visit and everything is charged to the owner. So it wouldn’t work for renters to use.
