You will feel comfortable in our house from the first moment. It is located in the best residential area of Somerset West at the foot of the Helderberg with ideal connections to the well-known wine-growing areas, golf courses and dream beaches of the Western Cape.
Your vacation home in the middle of a spacious garden with old trees, typical Cape vegetation and a large pool is quiet and offers a lot of privacy.
After an eventful day, relax with a glass of wine on the north veranda under vines with a breathtaking view of our local mountain. Get to know roaming guinea fowl, ibis and eagle owls.
The international airport is 30 min. away, Cape Town in 45 min. to reach. Supermarkets, restaurants and the Somerset Mall are in the immediate vicinity.

Prachtig huis in Somerset.Mooie tuin, veel privacy, veel zon. Wat kleine problemen gehad tijdens ons verblijf met alarm en zwembad. Maar alles werd snel en netjes opgelost door de eigenaar. 5 sterren!
