Our house is located in Somerset West in the heart of the Winelands area. The area abounds with vineyards, golf courses and the house is 5 minutes from the Strand beach.

Bel’aire Estate is one of the finest secure estates in Somerset West and boasts 24 hour security.

The house comprises of five double bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms, a further house bathroom plus a cloakroom.

The house is furnished to the highest standards and is in absolutely immaculate condition having recently been refurbished throughout. There is a large swimming pool set in a private walled garden.

The house has excellent views of False Bay stretching from Gordon's Bay to Table Mountain. In addition there is a double garage.

The pool has been upgraded to have a electric cover - see the updated pictures of the pool area at the bottom of the photos.

Lovely, spacious villa

Perfect family villa, great scenic location, gated, safe area, 40 min drive from Cape Town. We were a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children. Roomy, newly renovated villa with goodsized pool, children loved it. Close to Winelands, supermarket, 15 min drive to beach. Our host, Gabi was very serviceminded, friendly and answered all our questions. Contacts with the owner when booking was no problem at all, rapid response. We would be happy to come back again and we truely recommend this house and location. Thank You so much!

Secure Luxury on the Bel'Aire Winelands Estate

Located on a beautiful and secure estate of luxury houses, this stunning property offers views you will always remember as the sun sets over table mountain. The views are extensive from Strand in the east to False Bay and Cape peninsular to the west. The whole house has been recently decorated and has a ground floor which features an open plan kitchen, large dining area, lounge and 3 bedrooms. Upstairs there are 2 further en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge and verandah. Outside the mature and well-stocked garden is not overlooked and surrounds the large pool, with sun-beds and umbrellas. Managed by the wonderfully efficient and helpful Gabi this tip-top property is in a very convenient location close to the R44, for trips to the wineries around Stellenbosch and with easy access to the attractions around Cape Town, a 1 hour drive away. Local must-sees include the magnificent gardens at Vergelegen wine estate and only a matter of 5km away the unmissable Ken Forrester winery and restaurant. The owner Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. We will, of course, return soon. Richard, Karen, Gill and Brian

Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful property, excellent house set up, very safe area. Indoors and outdoors well equipped and in new/excellent condition. Communication and property management superb! Definitely recommend and hope to come back!

To beautifull for words, a place in paradise

Perfectly located between Cape Town en the wine region is this fantastic house. Newly decorated with beautifull materials and art. 5 beautifull bedrooms with perfect beds and 4 modern bathrooms. A perfect modern kitchen with everything a chef needs. The large swimmingpool located in the sun all day. Housekeeping every 3 days. No need to tell that we said goodbye with difficulty. we hope to come back again and we thank the owner for being able to stay here. Love from the Sweens family.

I visited Somerset West in 2000 for the first time and viewed a few properties. I fell in love with this property and have loved it ever since.

What makes this property unique

It is very close to the airport, mountain range, vineyards and it is a perfect location for a holiday. The property is safe and secure; situated on one of the most (if not the most) secure estates in the Western Cape. The location is beautiful.
