Relaxing atmosphere in a Finca full of lemon and orange trees

Placed in a picturesque sorrounding between Llucmajor and Montuïri and in the middle of fields, meadows and vineyards is our 55 m2 renovated Finca.
Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a bed 1.80x2.00m and a single bed. There is also a dining and living room with a kitchenette. The beautiful bathroom has a shower.
The finca als offers a sunny terrace with a wonderful view to the landscape which is perfect for relaxing.

Brilliant location

Nice place to stay in middle of all nice beaches that can be reach by in 20 or 50 minutes. The house is clean and has everything you need, the supermarket is (Hipercentro) is just 5 minutes.

Absolut ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Entspannen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Gastgeber kümmern sich hervorragend um Gäste und Unterkunft. Mit diversen Tieren muss man allerdings rechnen, die Finca liegt in der freien Natur. Wir haben bestens geschlafen, das Wetter war leider nicht so optimal. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in diesem netten, kleinen Haus. Die Ausstattung war super, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ebenso ein wenig Gewürze, Öl etc.Der Garten ist wirklich schön und man kann wunderbar entspannen und den Blick über die Landschaft schweifen lassen. Der Pool ist groß genug und bringt ein wenig Erfrischung.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das Richtige um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.Montuiri ist keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ein hübsches Dorf mit 2-3 guten Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls um die Ecke. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich.Joachim und Irmgard sind absolut nette Vermieter, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Ein- zwei Mal kommen sie vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu sehen und kümmern sich um Pool und Garten.Auf diesem Wege nochmal vielen Dank (auch für die Hilfe). Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

La casa es hermosa y cómoda. No cuenta con wifi o sistema de aire acondicionado o ventiladores. Es recomendable únicamente abrir las ventanas durante la noche para no dejar entrar el calor.La experiencia fue buena, lamentablemente los host hicieron acusaciones sin pruebas de que mi amiga y yo habíamos roto reglas de la casa, lo cual es una pena ya que estábamos muy contentas con el trato general de los anfitriones. Mas allá de eso, la casa es tal cual el anuncio y cuenta con muchas comodidades.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist auf dieser Finca genau richtig. Der Garten mit Pool laden zum Entspannen ein. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Finca exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé 11 jours dans la finca d’Irmgard et Joachim. Petite maison superbement équipée, très propre, avec piscine privée et grand jardin arboré. Située au centre de Majorque vous pouvez visiter l’île idéalement. Joachim et Irmgard sont très disponibles et souples. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Je recommande vivement.

Hübsche kleine Finca, zentral auf der Insel

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf dieser kleinen Finca, die Lage ist gleichzeitig zentral, aber auch ländlich ruhig, dabei absolut nicht-touristisch, genauso haben wir es uns gewünscht. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Sehr bequemes Bett, wir konnten prima schlafen. Die Vermieter sind sympathisch und gut erreichbar. Einen ganz kleinen Punktabzug gibt es, weil wir mit dem Heißwasser ein paar Probleme hatten, ansonsten war alles prima!

Rust en ruimte op Mallorca

Wat een fijn plekje! Wij kwamen met de boot naar het eiland, waren daardoor heel vroeg. Joachim en Irmgard konden al vroeg afspreken, erg fijn! De tuin is heerlijk, met fruitbomen, een verkoelend zwembad (dat door Joachim ongeveer elke 5 dagen gereinigd wordt) en veel vogels die je in Nederland niet tegenkomt. Het bed is lekker ruim, wij kregen wel wat last van het verenmatras, maar gelukkig lag er nog een topmatrasje op. Een goede centrale locatie, waarvandaan het hele eiland goed te bereiken was. Wij zouden het zeker aanraden als vakantieverblijf, wellicht komen we nog wel eens terug....

Traumhaft !!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaft,schönen Urlaub. Das lag mit Sicherheit an dieser tollen , gemütlichen und ruhig gelegenen Finca. Man merkt sofort , mit wieviel Liebe dieses kleine Feriendomizil geführt wird. Irmgard und Joachim sind super nett . Wir haben die Beiden nur bei Ankunft und Abreise getroffen. Wir können überhaupt nicht verstehen , wenn Jemand etwas Negatives in die Bewertungen schreibt. Eselrufe , Hahnkrähen und in der Nacht das rufen der Nachtvögel und das bei Vollmond, war für uns nicht störend , sondern eher faszinierend. Vielen lieben Dank , das ihr uns einen so schönen Urlaub ermöglicht habt.

Sommerurlaub 2023

Die Vermieter Irmgard und Joachim sind sehr nett und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Eine schöne Finca zum Relaxen, um den Alltag zu vergessen. Von hier aus kann man mit einem Mietwagen in 30-40 Minuten alles auf der Insel erreichen. Der Pool war jeden Abend eine gelungene Abkühlung. Der wunderschöne Garten mit Zitronen, Orangen, Pflaumen Oliven und Mandelbäumen lädt sehr zum erholen ein und ist ein Ort der Stille.

Wunderschön

Wir wollten einen ruhigen Urlaub machen an dem wir gut abschalten können und trotzdem alles erreichen können. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Schöne Finca von der man alles aus erreichen kann. Ein Pool zum abkühlen. Abends konnte man die Sterne beobachten und auch im Ort gab es gute lokale. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Zum runterkommen perfekt.

We know the little village of Montuïri for a long time now. We celebrated our wedding in the Puig de San Miguel.

Because Montuïri is located in the heart of Mallorca and thus you can go to any of the many beautiful places that the island offers its visitants.
Also, the Finca is very close to cycling paths and hiking trails.
