It is located on a large plot of approx. 800 sqm and is divided as follows: From the entrance area you can reach the cozy living room on the left with a fireplace, air conditioning, WiFi and a flat-screen satellite TV. The large kitchen opposite on the right is fully equipped and offers u. a. a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc. and a small cozy seating area for kitchen-dwelling friends.
In the back of the house there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed or Bunk bed. The bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in winter.
