Enjoy a holiday far away from mass tourism. Sa Ràpita, the former fishing village in the southeast of the island on the natural beach of Es Trenc, is exactly the right place for this kind of holiday. No large hotels or resort complexes. A typical Mallorcan village situated right on the coastal road, with numerous small restaurants, cafés, and bars. The townscape is characterised by the unspoiled coastal road and the many holiday homes and apartments, where Mallorcans from the capital, Palma, also enjoy spending their weekends. A small marina, the Club Nautic, rounds out the picture. And that’s also where the kilometer-long sandy beach begins, stretching from Ses Covetes all the way to Colonia Sant Jordi.

Modern yet cosy living and sleeping areas spread over two floors, complete with all the amenities you could wish for.

There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet on both the ground floor and the upper floor. Air conditioning units in the living area and bedrooms, all individually controlled, keep the house cool in summer and warm during the colder seasons.

A small utility room provides storage for your groceries and is also equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

The house stands on a large, 1,200-square-meter lot that is completely fenced and lockable, with private parking. The idyllically landscaped garden is divided into various relaxation zones, lounge areas, dining areas, and the pool area. A bioclimatic pavilion and large rattan umbrellas provide shade as needed. The pool and garden are exclusively available to guests. The pool is heated upon request and for a fee during the off-season (April–June and September/October). The property is located in the El Paraíso development in Sa Vinyola, just 2.5 km from Es Trenc.

Right next to the house is a large bioclimatic pergola with a designer outdoor kitchen, a large dining table, and a lounge area. For guests who enjoy barbecuing, there is an electric Weber grill.
