Architect-designed, contemporary house built by Toni Maçon, a family of Portuguese builders, Sylvie and Toni present their home nestled in an olive grove between the sea and the Green Provence. This 250 m² single-story home offers spacious living areas and a peaceful, warm, and quiet atmosphere, ideal for families. Facing south, the sun will dazzle you all day long. Enjoy the 11x9m saltwater electrolysis swimming pool, sun loungers, mattresses, and cushions. The garden, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, offers complete privacy. Terraces and a fully equipped summer kitchen allow for barbecues, plancha grilling, and pizza oven use. The house features contemporary decor and a very large, functional living space. The village of Sollies-Toucas is a pleasant place to live, with cafes, snack bars, restaurants, a market, a U supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, and a pétanque court. Nearby attractions include Sollies-Pont and its castle, the town of Sollies-Ville, and Belgentier with its rivers and waterfalls.

Beautiful House

We enjoyed two weeks at this fabulous, spacious house in a beautiful setting with views across the valley. The house has great outside space and a fabulous pool as well as space to relax in the shade. Well equipped kitchen with everything you might need and a great artisan Boulangerie within walking distance. Trips to the coast and Toulon a short drive away. 5 Stars

Exceptional

Wow.. where to start.. We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Sylvia’s villa and from the minute we arrived we really didn’t want to leave. We already had an idea of what to expect from the description but the pictures don’t do it justice - we were all amazed! The outside space/kitchen/pool were perfect for the 6 of us and the pool was a lovely welcome escape from the heat. The villa has everything you could want/need. It’s open plan kitchen dining room felt spacious and luxurious. The bedrooms were all good sizes with en-suites in 3 and a sink in the 4th bedroom - All had shutters to keep the light out. Location is perfect for exploring Provence/Cote d’Azur, approx 1h30 from Nice Airport and easy to get to Monaco or even Italy. The Aqualand at Frejus is about 50mins if that’s your thing. We also went to Toulon one evening which was pleasant. The villa area is quiet with great views. There is a nice boulangerie and mini supermarket around 15min walk/5min drive away or a bigger intermarche about a 10min drive the other way. Few restaurants nearby too, but we didn’t try this time. Overall we had an amazing time.. so much so we’ve already booked to return next year!
