Nestled in a quiet green setting near the mythical beaches of Bandol, you will be seduced by this villa with its contemporary lines and its infinity pool where every detail and service has been the subject of special care.

The main house, which can accommodate 4 people (+ 4 people in the studio), is entirely on one level and consists of a super living room of 70 m2 with a high-end kitchen fully equipped with quality materials. Numerous glass doors, judiciously placed, create a play of transparency and allow nature and the sun to enter. On the south-facing side, a large roof overhang provides protection during the summer months.

The master suite with its refined bathroom and a second luminous bedroom (with Italian shower and separate toilet) are turned towards nature.

The huge terrace gives direct access to the kitchen and the living room.

The independent studio for 2 or 4 people can be added to the rental (85€/night).

The studio with its kitchenette and bathroom has a double bed and an additional room with 2 single beds and a toilet.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Castellet! The property is located in a quiet area, with great views, yet still a short drive away from Bandol and the Calanques. The house was clean and comfortable, but the best part was Bettina and Fabian's warm welcome. They were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend Le Castellet!

Rest and Relaxation nestled in nature

This was a beautifully appointed property with all the modern amenities and with a spa like feel. We were a group of six adult family members and the division of space was perfect for the three couples. The pool and outdoor eating areas were exactly what we needed to recuperate from the big city touring we had been doing. The owners were a delight to deal with and made themselves readily available for any inquiries. It was the perfect tranquil place to stay for some rest and relaxation in the beautiful French hillsides.

Perfect retreat for family in south of France

We could not have asked more from hosts Bettina and Fabian who offer this luxury modern house with everything one could want, included. The house has an amazing living area surrounded by glass and a huge deck, with plenty of light and views. The modern bathrooms were clean and well equipped as was the upmarket kitchen. The outdoor area with rim flow pool and covered leisure area were perfect for outdoor entertaining Communication with Bettina was excellent at all times making the booking process stress free. Well done to Bettina and Fabian

Villa Hidden in the hills

Pros:The house is very modern. The host is quick to respond to answer all questions. The outdoor/pool area has a gas grill. There is a nice balcony and its in a quiet place. Things to be aware of: -Wifi works in living room / master bedroom not in 2nd room or pool -Theres 1 towel for each person and no pool / beach towels. -Beds have 1 pillow per person with no spares -Bring Umbrellas -The driveway is very tight and drive to the main road is on very narrow road that slopes downhill. Youll need to reverse uphill for oncoming traffic. -There is one power outlet opposite side of the bed in the master bedroom. Bring an extention cord to charge devices. - Advertisement incorrect on vrbo. We were looking for 8 person 3 to 4 bedroom house for the summer and chose this one since it was advertised 8 person 3+ rooms in VRBO. But the host called to mention that if I wanted to have more than 4 people I would need to pay 70 to 80 euros extra a night. He said extra charges were in the fine print. Ive rented nice houses a lot and never had this happen. That downstairs portion has a large garage door and metal sliding door with no windows. We arrived to find only 2 bedrooms upstairs for 4 of us. We thought it was 3 rooms upstairs. I called the host, he said we still need to pay more for 3rd room. I felt I was paying twice for the place. The advert should be changed to say its a 2 bedroom 4 person place on the vrbo with extra charge to use more rooms. The price should be lower.

A piece of heaven in Bandol

This is a great place to relax on a 10 day vacation in France. It was a short trip from Sunny Southern California. We were in France for 10 days however only spent three nights here but it was the best experience and most relaxing. The place was as advertised and even looks better in person. The place was very clean and comfortable. We love the contemporary modern design of the home.

Un moment hors du temps entre copines.

La villa est splendide et complètement semblable aux photos. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un moment agréable et sans stress entre ami ou en famille. Bettina est une propriétaire adorable toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Elle a su très bien nous guider et l’accès à la maison c’est fait très facilement. Malheureusement le jacuzzi était en panne mais la mer fut très agréable. Une piscine ferrait de cette maison un véritable paradis sur terre. N’hesitez Surtout pas à louer cette maison pour vos vacances!!

Beautiful and hip new modern home in the middle of Badol's wine area

This newly built hip modern home is the perfect place for two couples who want to experience life in the heart of Bandol's famous wine area. Located midway up a small hill covered with vineyards and some other houses, this villa offers a quiet retreat that is within walking distance of several wineries and a delicious boulangerie. The house is light-filled due to the floor to ceiling sliding doors that open onto a large deck and jacuzzi. We loved eating all our meals on the deck, which gave us a perfect spot to watch the grape harvest one afternoon. There are houses both above and below the villa so it's not completely private, yet the trees and landscaping afford privacy. Inside, the house has everything you'll need to create memorable meals. Best of all for those traveling from outside of Europe, it comes with all towels and bedding -- something that a lot of French houses don't offer. Owners Bettina and Fabian are wonderful to deal with, answering all questions in less than 24 hours. We had a slight issue with the water heater and Fabian had the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. The location of this house is fantastic -- with a few wineries within walking distance, and many others easily reached by car. We had bicycles and enjoyed cycling the many quiet roads throughout the area. There are several small hilltop towns that are charming and have shops and places to buy food and other supplies. Bandol and the coast ares just a short drive down the hill. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful place to explore Bandol and the surrounding area.
