Designed for enjoying the beach; ideal for sandcastles, paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking, and sunset walks. The townhouse is also convenient for shopping, restaurants, nature trails, and more! Newly renovated, newly furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen, it has everything you need to never leave the beach, including a community pool available at the end of the private boardwalk. The property is 3 miles from Rosemary Beach's award-winning restaurants and shops and 7.5 miles from Pier Park, where you can find shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and an amusement park for children. It is only a short drive to all of the beaches of 30-A and less than one mile from Publix and CVS.

You will enjoy the convenience of your own private garage with a private entrance. The first floor contains the main living area (with cable television), dining area, kitchen, pantry, full hall bath, and guestroom with 1 queen bed, as well as a private patio overlooking the beach to watch the sunset and the dolphins swimming. The second floor includes a guestroom with 2 twin beds and ful hallway bath, and the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath, and private patio.

This property was perfect! It’s beautiful, relaxing with great accommodations. I absolutely loved that I didn’t have to go buy all the extra stuff for the beach, sand toys, chairs, boards etc. Those are things we only need and use while at the beach so not having to spend that extra money or have to haul it back home was a bonus win for me! The location is perfect, my family will definitely come again and would be happy to rent this exact property for future trips!

Great Beach access!

The property in whole is old and does not seem to be taken care of very well! I’m speaking of the entire property as a whole! The guest house we stayed in was remodeled but there are some things that I wanna bring to attention. First off there is no ceiling fans and the ceilings are really low, second the units air flow is very sub par and it’s a very hot condo! The host is absolutely amazing and very accommodating to guest A+. We had issue with the Ac upon arrival and one night during the week while the fans did help this is not what you want to happen on vacation. The popcorn 1980 ceiling need to go just makes condo look back. Kitchen, living area, balcony all were great. Bathrooms were great also! The beds are comfortable also. I think they need more places to throw away garbage rather than walking 200 yards to nearest dumpster. The parking spaces and driving area is extremely tight so if you have a big truck (forget about it). Curtains would have been nice to have cause the light shines through the blinds. All in all we made the best out of the trip and it beats staying in the high rises waiting on elevators all day.

We had a great stay in this condo! Tons of room for the whole family and when we had a small issue with the AC they were quick to help. Would stay here again!

McNeill’s at the beach Again🏖🏖

This was our 2nd year at this beautiful beach and townhouse! The townhouse is beautifully done with everything you need and the beach is quiet and relaxing. Heather the host was awesome to work with!! We hope to be back next year!!

Great Family Location

Booked a last minute trip and stayed in this unit in mid August 2021 with my husband and three kids. We had some issues at check-in but the owner was available after hours, quickly addressed the issues and was very accommodating. The unit was well maintained, the location was excellent, and the beach was not over crowded unlike some other locations along 30A. Highly recommend.

Great spot!

This is a great place to enjoy a beach that’s clean, not crowded, and has beautiful water and white sand. We only walked about 30 seconds out of our door and we were at the water! The close location to Publix & Winn Dixie, CVS, etc (1 minute drive) was awesome bc we didn’t have to worry if we needed a few things - it was a quick trip and back. The condo was clean & each bedroom has its own bathroom. Our kids loved that!

The Shores

Great location! Not overly crowded, 2 groceries stores just a minute away. Right on the beach easy to go back and forth to townhouse for lunch or rest. Only cons were dumpster was very far from townhouse and pool and pool facilities were not clean. So much so we went 1 time and didn’t return.

Loved this awesome home, very clean and spacious! Right on the beach too. Had beach toys available, chairs etc. we can’t wait to return!! The overall experience was AAA+ have stayed at many homes and townhouses but this blows them ALL out of the water. Thanks again Heather :)

McNeills at the beach 🏖

Best view on the beach!! The house was equipped with everything thing we needed and more! Loved setting on the decks watching dolphins in the mornings 🐬 A beautiful home on a quiet gorgeous beach what more could you ask for. LOVED 🥰
