Out of your car into the house and 20 steps into the Sand. our Sunset Grace is (Sparkling Clean ) with many Amenities a full stocked kitchen a sleeper sofa &2 recliners....with a View that is So Absolutely Beautiful!! the Ocean /The Gulf of Mexico is steps away .. Private balcony top off of Master room with a Beautiful Ocean Front view with Tropical palm trees , you can sit and watch the sunrise or sunset from Bed or the balcony .. Downstairs the Huge porch and A few steps down to the Sea Oats and Beach!!
The Wind, the Salt, the Sun ! Palm Trees Upstairs master with a view and Master bath , wake up to sunrise! Down the hall to left The Middle Room has a queen bed with a sky light ! Beautiful place, great location. November in PCB was excellent. Great weather and little crowds. Beautiful beach all to ourselves. Very comfortable bed. Sonya was great to work with and access way very easy. Highly recommended.

The best part of this property is that it’s right in front of the beach. The location is perfect and amazing. My only two cents for improvement is cleanliness and courtesy. The owners are nice but the house had 3 trash bags, no bath soaps, and the house was extremely dusty. The property is in such a prime location, a little bit of upkeep can add a lot of value to the customers.

A hidden gem! The view is stunning! The owners have created an inviting back porch that allows you to comfortably enjoy the view on or off the beach! Found this to be a great location for us and hope to stay there again!

Great location and lovely property

The location was fantastic - it is right on a quiet stretch of the Panama City beach and has many convenient restaurants and stores nearby. The back patio was the best part as it has plenty of seating, a grill, path to the beach, and showers. We sat out there every morning and evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing rental

Beautiful property with sea right outside your back door. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close enough to the pier but not so close that you had to deal with the crowded beach.

My wife and I had a great time staying in this unit with our kids. Sonya was very helpful when we needed anything. The location of this unit is perfect for families with kids, was on a nice quiet beach.

Sunset Grace is a great place to stay. Close to all the attractions and have an amazing views.

I would definitely come back here to Sunset Grace. This home had everything we needed and plus more. I really lived this home.

Excellent house, patio and View

A girls weekend and this house was perfect for us. The patio is the crown jewel of this place. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. A short walk to the beach. Down a few stairs, over the sand dune and you are on the beach. The beach was never crowded because you are north of the pier. It was fantastic.

Wonderful!

We had a marvelous time with the sand only steps from the back door! We enjoyed grilling out, using the fire pit, spending most of our time out on the beautiful white sand beach. The house was clean and comfortable! Having coffee out on the deck with the ocean sound and nice breeze was awesome. Very private and true on the beach feel. I would definitely come again.

Beautiful place and description is right.

Great place. The deck out back is the cherry on top. Only complaint is the cameras they have? Don’t really like the idea of being watched of course. Parking up front is tight but usually due to the other units.

Relaxing beachfront condo

Our famiy of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. Communication is quick and easy with the owner, and we didn't have any surprises. The back deck, overlooking the ocean, is really fantastic. The retractable awning is pretty awesome for those hot sunny days. The beach wasn't overly crowded since this little area isn't full of highrise condos, and we were there the first week of July. Everything was clean, and there is a grocery store conveniently nearby. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Spectacular Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Sonya's place on Panama City Beach. You have to walk mere steps to the water. Fantastic location. We spent every evening on the deck watching spectacular sunsets. We cooked every meal at home. Everything was super clean. Sonya is a great host. A perfect week at the beach for us "collecting memories not things."
