RELAXING & QUIET! Walk to Beach, Large Patio, Big Fenced Yard, Pet Friendly

One small dog up to 20 lbs allowed but must be pre-approved before booking. There is a $75 pet fee. We sometimes make exceptions to this policy. Message us with details about your situation to see if we will make an exception. No Cats or any other kind of animal.

Welcome to Magnolia Beach Hideaway, your home away from home! My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and this home is very comfortable and has enough space for everyone to spread out. This 1,500 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. There is new furniture and bedding throughout. There is a very large fenced in back yard complete with ample patio seating, a fire pit, and propane grill.

All bedrooms feature new premium 12" memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All beds have very soft high thread count 100% cotton bedding. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. You are sure to be very comfortable and get a good night's rest.

There are 2 living rooms, each with a Roku TV that include a streaming service. You will definitely get a good night's rest as all the bedrooms have top of the line 12 inch memory foam mattresses.

The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router.

There is a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work while here. The desk is located in the back living room.

There is a Pack n' Play travel crib. Beach towels, wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs are also available.

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a complete 12 piece pots and pans set, a variety of baking dishes and utensils, crock pot, Instant Pot, mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, water kettle, and more. There is a K Kup coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 6 people.

The beach is 1.5 blocks down the road. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The large backyard is completely fenced in and has a propane grill.

This is a very comfortable home. We invite you to come and stay with us.

Comfortable family home

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great house for a family, with a big backyard. Everything that we needed was provided. It’s in a safe neighborhood just a few blocks from the ocean.

The house is decorated so cute, great beach theme, and its location is amazing in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard, and it is in great condition and very clean! They provided high-quality linens and toiletries. The kitchen was appointed great!

Amazing!

Lori is the BEST host ever! I really can't say enough good things about Lori and this home. The house was exceptionally clean and convenient to everything. Now, let me brag about the host. We stayed in the home because we had sold our house and were waiting to close on the other one on the coast. Our closing date changed twice and Lori worked with us so we could stay extra nights, and thankfully, the home was available. Additionally, we ran out of propane and they brought some almost immediately. Furthermore, Lori replied to all our communications in a very timely manner, and she was concerned that we had everything we needed. There were zero issues with the home and we highly recommend this place.

2023 Family Beach Vacation

Everything was great! We had no issues at all. The house was clean, when we arrived, the beds were very comfortable, any appliances we needed were there, there were plenty of supplies, if needed, and the 'manager' was always available and just around the corner. Again, it was a great experience!

Very nice house in a great location. The house was perfect for us. Beautiful fenced back yard for our dog to roam freely. Lori was awesome, great information folder for folks new to this part of the coast. Checked in to make sure we were satisfied and asked if we needed anything. We are already planning on returning next year.

Simple, spotless, and relaxing house

The property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owner paid high attention to detail to make the stay even more comfortable. This included providing snacks upon our arrival, coffee including sugar/creamer/filters, and beach chairs to make a nice afternoon at the beach, and even the owners checking in on is to ensure everything was satisfactory. Fantastic family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Long Beach. The layout of the home was great for the different groups of our family to gather and enjoy time together and apart equally. A plus for us in this area was the lack of steps to enter the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, storage containers. We were lacking for nothing when preparing and serving our meals. The beds were comfortable and there was enough linens and supplies for our entire group. While we didn't get to enjoy the yard due to the extreme heat, we did use the bbq pit. The guide Lori provided in the home was excellent for managing our stay as well as the book with all the things to do in the area. She even messaged with reminders of of fireworks displays and best place to view them. We had one small issue with propane and they were quick to respond and help us get it resolved. We look forward to renting this property or another of theirs in the future.

Perfect Vacation Experience

The property was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The hosts were cordial and very professional, always prompt in their responses to our inquiries. I can't say enough good things about the property location. Everything--the beach, shopping, downtown Long Beach, medical services, restaurants is within easy walking distance. The bedrooms have blackout curtains for maximum privacy. The house, including the bathrooms, is senior friendly with no steps and very accessible shower and toilet facilities. The rooms are all comfortably large and the bonus room, adjacent to the covered porch, is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The hosts provided many thoughtful details, like outlet/USB hubs for each room, large refrigerator/freezer, upgraded kitchen appliances, such as the coffee maker, instant pot, and many utensils. We appreciated the reading lamp. There are toys for the children, local interest books for the adults, overhead lighting with dimmer switches, and a gas fire pit in the covered porch, perfect for family get-togethers. We prepared a six-course Christmas dinner with ease. The back yard is huge. And the hosts are great about informing on local community events, such as Christmas Tree lighting parades and walkathons. We are quite fond of coastal Mississippi, especially Long Beach and Pass Christian, and this was, by far, our best vacation experience since we discovered the area. With the thoughtful attention to detail and the range of conveniences, this property is ideal for long stays. too.

My husband grew up in Long Beach and we have family here in town. In 2020, our family moved from Colorado to Long Beach and we love it here. We live close to our vacation rentals and we personally manage them. The beach makes me happy, and since my home is a block from the beach, I'm a happy gal. Our chihuahua also loves living here in Long Beach. Specifically, he loves the hot weather and basks in the hot summer sun all day long. Much better than cold Colorado for him! Our teenage daughter also loves Long Beach. She loves the small town feel and how she can walk to downtown from our home. My husband works from home and we are both happy to be living close to family. We are very happy that we made the move from Colorado to Long Beach. Sometimes I have to pinch myself because I can't believe I actually live 1 block from the ocean! Long Beach has so much to offer. We have lots of restaurants and there are cute downtown shopping areas nearby. The casinos offer lots of entertainment and dining options. For families, there are so many activities such as the children's museum, water parks, aquarium, petting farm, Beauvoir, and more. And then you have New Orleans only 1 hour away and Pensacola and Gulf Shores are only 2 hours away. We know you will enjoy Long Beach as much as we do.
