First of all, I would like to say that the owner, Dylan, did respond promptly to our issues with the house. He had bought 4 new bikes for us to use during our stay and he did pay us for the items we needed to buy for the month's stay, beach chair, bowls, washcloths, kitchen dish rags. But there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms, very few towels and bowls, no cable TV (although we were able to streams channels with the roku using our information from home) and light switches and outlets that didn't work. Overall, we felt that the house needed a good cleaning and updating because it certainly didn't look like the pictures online!
