You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. It's a 2 min drive Siesta Key village restaurants and shops. A 5 min drive or 20 min walk to the #1 beach in US. Supermarket, gas station and pharmacy within 5 min drive. Stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and floats. The pool area has a bbq, full size bar, TV and dining set for 8. The home has a high chair, pack and play, puzzles, books and toys. Trolley stop around the corner that takes you to the beaches, the village and downtown Sarasota. You will certainly enjoy your stay here! Only one booking allowed per 30 day period.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The house was spotless and beautiful, the pool at the perfect temperature for swimming, and the location is great - an easy ride to Siesta Key village, or to downtown Sarasota. The host was also very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would 1000% stay here again & recommend to anyone in search of a stay on the key.

Excellent - loved the pool, grill and outside eating area. A great set up for family fun. We walked, took the shuttle and drove to the beach. All options worked great. It was well stocked with supplies for everything we needed. Freshly remodeled, spacious and very nice accommodations.

We really loved this house!! Very nicely done inside. Outside area was great to hang out also. Not far from town and beach area. We walked to village a couple times. Also a shuttle stop super close.

Great amenities-great location from the Village- Clean-comfortable-Great for couples-lovely pool and fountain overlooking lagoon. Could use newer towels and more glassware including wine glasses. Quick and thorough communication with owner. We would highly recommend!!

Cute house!

We used this house for a girls trip bachelorette party and it was a perfect space! We had some rain during our trip but the covered porch still made it possible to enjoy dinner outside which was great. We did walk into town for coffee one morning and in the Florida heat the walk wasn’t the most fun but it was possible.

The perfect place for a girls trip!

We had the BEST experience staying here. The house was in a perfect location, right around the corner from the trolley stop that took us to the village and to the beach. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The outdoor area with the sectional and. the pool was the perfect place to hang out. The owner was so responsive with questions weeks before I even arrived. She even went out of her way to have her cleaner set up decorations for my friend's birthday before we arrived. Would 1000% stay here again!

Follow up the beach with an awesome patio and pool

This property is awesome. My wife and I stayed with our teens and my in-laws. The 3 bedrooms were perfect and the kids each had their own twin beds. The patio, heated pool, and outdoor bar area were an awesome way to spend mornings and evenings and in between we drove or biked to Siesta Key Beach just about 1.5 miles away. Everything was well stocked as far as bedding, towels, and full kitchen supplies. Plenty of pool toys and beach chairs. I could go on and on but I'll end with saying you will not be disappointed with your stay!

Beautiful

The house is in an amazing location and the inside is beautiful. We went for my son's wedding and family met us there the day of the wedding. 25 people gathered there before and after the wedding and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and visit. Everyone commented on how beautiful the house was and the back patio was an outdoor oasis. I brought pool floats and toys but never had to use them because the host supplied tons of stuff!! The host was easy to reach and answered our questions.The trolley stop nearby is very convenient to take everyone to the beach. Every year we get a house through vrbo and I always clean before I use the house but this house was very clean upon arrival. Highly recommend!
