A fuir, ce logement est en rĂ©servation direct donc je rĂ©serve, le lendemain je suis prĂ©levĂ©e, jusque lĂ  tout est normal. Mais
 la date du sĂ©jour approche et je n’ai pas reçu le mail d’information d’arrivĂ©e de la part du propriĂ©taire, je contacte donc Abritel qui me dis de ne pas m’inquiĂ©ter. Je fais donc confiance et prends la route pour arriver Ă  destination, j’arrive le matin toujours aucune nouvelle mais j’ai dĂ©jĂ  l’adresse et l’heure d’arrivĂ©e je me dis que je vais donc me rendre sur place Ă  16h comme indiquĂ©e dans ma rĂ©servation. Erreur de ma part d’avoir fais confiance Ă  15h je reçois une notification de la part de l’hĂŽte comme quoi ma rĂ©servation est annulĂ©e! J’appelle donc Abritel pour trouver une solution. HĂ©las, aucun logement ne rentre dans mes tarifs le premier Ă©tant Ă  1056 pour les deux nuits! Je leur demande donc de m’aider Ă  trouver un logement sinon je me retrouve Ă  la rue! Et bah devinez quoi je me suis retrouver sans rien! Je ne passerai plus jamais par Abritel pour une rĂ©servation pour un sĂ©jour

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s au logement rĂ©servĂ©, seulement pour dĂ©couvrir qu’il Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  occupĂ© par d’autres personnes Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Le propriĂ©taire a annulĂ© notre rĂ©servation 2 heures aprĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, ce qui a gĂąchĂ© nos vacances. Nous avons fait 14 heures de route pour rien. Nous sommes dans l’attente d’un remboursement immĂ©diat des frais de route.De plus, la plateforme n’a offert aucun geste concernant les frais de route, alors que nous avons engagĂ© 400 pour le trajet sans pouvoir rĂ©server un autre logement sur place. Aucun soutien, aucune compensation
 une expĂ©rience extrĂȘmement frustrante !Nous sommes dans l’attente d’un remboursement immĂ©diat des frais de route.Je dĂ©conseille vivement cette plateforme et ce propriĂ©taire
