I rent my mobile home during the summer holidays.
It is located in the town of Grau d'Agde and next to the village club of the golden sands in the area known as the Littoral.

This area belongs to the owners of the campsite and you will have access to the campsite's facilities upon payment of the sub-tenant fees.

An ideal location since:
- It is less than 50 metres from the sea (a road to cross)
- About 500 metres from the centre of the campsite
- Just 5 minutes by car from Cap d'Agde and Vias.

As far as the beds of the mobile home are concerned, you will have:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and cupboard.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and possibility of joining them, perfect for children.
- 1 Sofa/daybed for 1 person.
- It can accommodate 4 to 5 people maximum

You will also have a large terrace and a covered outdoor kitchen.

As for the equipment of the Mobile Home:
- Fans
- Television
- A small fridge in the mobile home
- A toilet
- A bathroom (a shower)
- Sofa and table

We have closed the kitchen of the mobile home to avoid odours and ensure the cleanliness of the latter, therefore, only the outdoor kitchen (covered) is usable.

Other equipment:
- A large fridge in the outdoor kitchen.
- A second bathroom (WC + Shower).
- A Washing Machine
- An oven
- Table and chairs, Parasol on the terrace.
- Toaster, gas hob, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, cumulus, drying rack, leaf blower

Please note that the mobile home is not new and that in the summer, there may be a little noise (traffic, neighbours). It is a friendly campsite.
Of course, tenants also have access to the campsite's sanitary facilities. Possibility to park your vehicle in the driveway of the campsite or in the street.

The activities of the Sables d'Or campsite are very numerous, including a superb pirate-themed water park with slides, wave pool, jacuzzi. I invite you to go directly to the campsite website to see all the services.

Tenants will have to pay the following fees to the campsite:
- 200 € administration fee
- 3€ /pers to obtain the bracelets to access the swimming pool.
- Tourist tax: 1,44€ / day for + 18 years old

The rental is from the 1st Saturday 2pm to the 2nd Saturday 12pm.
40% deposit as a reservation.
Deposit of 500 €
