Great location and quiet area

Great Property. The owners have done a lot of updates to the property. They are very responsive to you emails. The property is walk in. No stairs!!! Plenty of parking and close to the condo.Master bath has a jacuzzi tub. Hall bath has a door to the spare room plus the tub does have an handle for those that need a little extra help. We had no issues. We will be back!

GREAT condo!

I think this was our third condo in this building alone that we've stayed at. Been at Foothills probably 15+ times. We love it. This unit specifically was great! Beds were very comfy, furniture seating in Living Room was comfy and ample, very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent stay

Nice condo in Branson close to most attractions! Very spacious and equipped with all necessary supplies and appliances. Nicely furnished and decorated place. Bed and furniture was comfortable. Master shower drain was a bit clogged. There was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen. Couldn't quite figure out where they were coming from. The grounds could definitely use a refresh. Pool was clean, but clubhouse very outdated. Decent and affordable place near many attractions.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit and gave us quick access to 76. It is in a nice area with trees, pool and workout room.

Great Condo for our Stay in Branson for the Starpower Dance Competition

My mom, 2 kids and myself stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. Super comfortable condo with everything we needed for the week away from home. Close to the convention center where we spent most of our time.

This property is close to everything! It was clean and comfy and the perfect place for us to relax when we weren’t out and about. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Foothills Walk-In Condo

We've stayed in the Foothills before, in several different condos, so we know the area well and love its proximity to the Branson 76 Strip. Literally, you can drive up Wildwood in about 3-4 minutes and be at the Strip. But don't let the closeness to all that hoopla fool you, the location is off the street and there is totally no traffic noise. It is well-equipped in the kitchen and laundry area, we found nothing lacking. Super soft beds. Comfy living area. And, since it rained all of one day, we stayed in and watched Christmas movies on the nice, large TV's. Absolutely appreciated the Christmas tree and decor this time of year. Parking matters to us and there was indeed roominess for our 4 door Ford F-150. If there was one complaint, it could not be issued to this owner but to the disrespectful residents/visitors in the condo above who were so loud when walking from one end of the condo to the other that it sounded like stomping. There was so much activity that our first thought the first night was that a cleaning crew had come in late. You could expect some occasional noises like this from time to time in any condo that usually ends around 10 PM, but this happened each night at least until midnight.

Will absolutely stay here again. Unit was decorated very nicely for Christmas and was very clean! All the furnishings were in great shape and the beds were comfortable. For the price point of this condo, I don’t think it can be beat! Hope to get down again soon to enjoy a stay here!

Great condo

The condo was exceptionally clean and all decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise! The location was close to all the areas that we visited. We only had a problem with the entry system and finally figured out how to use it!! We would definitely stay there on our next visit to Branson!!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to attractions. Furnishings were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Closet doors in master bath need replaced. Stiff and very hard to open and close. Some stains on carpet in hall and living room area. Will stay again when in the area. Thank you!!

Why they chose this property

We own several condos in Branson and have found that this area is simply the best in Branson. We wanted to be in the 'Foothills' of Thousand Hills because of the large size of these condos (approx. 1400 sq. ft.) and the PERFECT location it offers. It also offers an indoor and outdoor pool that most condo associations don't have. Thousand Hills Golf Course is just one block from this property and we are just 3 blocks from the Main Strip and all the activities that Branson has to offer..
