New vinyl planks floor, Ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms and living room, walk-in shower in master bath. Appliances & toilets new in 2022. Condo is below parking lot level with 3 steps up and 17 steps down. But you can walk around on the grass and not have to take the steps down. Located near Hwy 76 strip.

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much. Our condo was the biggest I’ve ever been in, 1350 square feet. Everything was new and decorated to the fullest. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, Christmas decorations were so nice, and it was a very quiet place to stay. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Our host were great too.

We are the Sanders, Gary. We are both retired and decided to buy a condo in Branson after visiting there. We have renovated it and love how it came out. We have 3 sons and they married to 3 precious girls. We feel Blessed. We have 8 grandchildren, 3 girls and 5 boys. God has been good to us. We love visiting Branson because the people there are so nice. Plus, there is so much to do in Branson.

Why they chose this property

The reason we picked the foothills was because of the amenities. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, weight room and a sauna. The condo has two large bedrooms with their own bathroom. I love the open concept and the space. Kitchen is large with a nice size bar. And if you love being outside it has a wonderful front porch or patio.
