Your vacation home: 6 people, bright, open gallery architecture, approx. 60 sqm, satellite TV, garden, terrace, dishwasher and washing machine

Comfortable, sunny roof-only house for 6 people, idyllically and quietly located by the forest, not only for summer, with a beautiful large garden and wide views. Everything completely new and lovingly renovated in 2014. Free space up to the roof in the open dining / living room. A double room, a room for three people and a single room. Dining / living room with television and satellite reception. Kitchen with dishwasher, hall, completely newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, covered terrace. Own parking space. If necessary, towels and bed linen can be provided. Nearby swimming lake (also suitable for children). Ideal starting point for fishing, cycling, hiking, hang gliding, playing mini golf, climbing (climbing park). Infrastructure: 800 m to the nearest restaurant, playgrounds nearby. Good shopping and a variety of restaurants in Beilngries about 5km away. Numerous excursion destinations (e.g. B. Riedenburg with its own falconry etc ...) The Kratzmühle holiday village is located between Kinding and Beilngries, just a few kilometers from the A9 Nuremberg-Munich motorway.

Soweit o.K. Der steile Anstieg (100 m) sollte doch in der Beschreibung hervorgehoben (nicht Rollstuhltauglich) werden! Ansonsten alles Top, Fahrradfahren, Baden, Wandern ohne Ende. Brötchenservice über den Campingplatz klappt hervorragend.

Eenvoudig huisje in een leuke omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, 't is even zoeken waar je moet parkeren. Zou er met z'n 5'en geen week willen verblijven, maar voor een kort verblijf is het prima.

Gute und sauber Unterkunft. Hatten spass und viel Erholung. Haus war sehr sauber und die Heizung war schon an. Haus Zugang in Hanglage. Für meinen Vater schwer zu erreichen, er ist schon älter.

Handtücher mitbringen

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Eine Anmerkung nur zu dem Inventar: wenn in der Beschreibung „Bettwäsche bitte selbst mitbringen“ steht, gehe ich davon aus. dass Handtücher vorhanden sind. Dies könnte man noch genauer erläutern, um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Das Häuschen am Waldrand ist einfach, sehr sauber und idyllisch. WLAN und Netzt waren nur gelegentlich vorhanden, was uns sehr unterhaltsame Spieleabende beschert hat. In der Umgebung gibt viele Ausflugsziele. Ein Highlight ist der Kanuverleih am See und deren Touren auf der Altmühl. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Hallo zusammen, schöner Urlaub in netten kleinen Ferienhaus. Vorweg es war alles super sauber und auch alles da was man so zum Überleben braucht. Natürlich war das Haus nicht top modern was aber denke ich auf denn Bilder gut zu erkennen war. Dafür top sauber. Klare Empfehlung sollte eine Sonnenmarkise angebracht werden sonst ist es Abend nicht aushaltbar. Und evtl im Wohnzimmer mal ein neuen Boden verlegen mein Tip die tollen Fliesen vom Gang weiterverlegen. Aber einfach ein schöner Urlaub wir werden wieder kommen.

Hundeverbot am See, Gasherd, kein W-lan

Komplettes Badezubehör umsonst mitgeschleppt, da am ganzen Seegelände absolutes Hundeverbot herrscht. Eine Info darüber wäre echt fair gewesen. Außerdem wurde uns versichert, dass wir direkt am Haus ausladen können, dann aber wieder umparken müssen. Dass zwischen Ausladeplatz und Haus ein steiler ca 200 m langer Fußmarsch dazwischenliegt, wurde verschwiegen. Und das, obwohl wir den kompletten Hausstand für 6 Personen mitschleppen mussten. Nicht mal Toilettenpapier, und Küchenrollen gab es dort. Dann kein w-lan, durch das man sich Informationen zum Betrieb eines Gasherdes hätte verschaffen können. Aufbackbrötchen mussten dann mühselig auf dem Toaster zubereitet werden. Mit der Terrasse waren wir nur bedingt zufrieden, da eine überhohe Hecke die Aussicht versperrte. Der Grill war verschmutzt, und unter dem Satteldach liegen Reste von Glaswolle, wahrscheinlich von Mardern aus der Isolierung herausgerissen. Runtergekommener Zustand des Gartens und unzureichende Sauberkeit im Haus.

für Familienurlaub geeignet

unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Abwicklung, schöne ruhige Lage, funktionale Ausstattung. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist sehr ansprechend und einladend. Bettwäsche auf Anfrage, allerdings 15,- EUR pro Person schien mir etwas viel, für den Preis hätte ich es schön gefunden, bei Anreise die Betten vorbereitet und bezogen vorzufinden. Warmwasser- und Heizung-Ausfall wurde nach Meldung innerhalb eines halben Tages behoben.

Schöner Urlaub im Grünen

Das Nurdachhaus hat uns gut gefallen! Gefehlt haben uns eigentlich nur Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten für die Schlafräume - im Hochsommer ist es so, wie es jetzt ist, innen genauso hell wie draußen. Beim Kücheninventar wäre eine Inventur auch mal ganz gut (Pfanne? Küchenmesser? Müslischalen?)

Einfache Unterkunft, schöne Umgebung

Das Objekt ist sauber, mit den Basics ausgestattet. Wenn man spezielle Sachen benötigt wie scharfe Messer etc. Muss mitgebracht werden.Parken nicht direkt vor dem Haus möglich, sollte man beachten bei viel Gepäck und wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist. Hunde sind am See nicht erlaubt. Die Umgebung ist toll mit vielen Wanderwegen , Radwegen und viele freizeitaktivitäten möglich. Wer nicht viel Anspruch an die Unterkunft hat ist hier genau richtig.
