Beautiful apartment in a secure residence with a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, offering direct access to the beach and pool. The apartment has all modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, large screen TV, etc. You will also find everything you need for the beach. It is located just 30 minutes from Spain and 5 minutes from Aqualand. Secure parking space available in the residence. A bicycle storage area is also available. A Proxi mini-market, a pizza place, and a restaurant are located right next to the residence. The large Capellans stadium is 5 minutes away and includes a fitness room, swimming pool, tennis, squash, padel courts, etc. The botanical garden is also 5 minutes away, and the marina is 10 minutes away. Finally, for golf enthusiasts, the St. Cyprien golf course welcomes you with its 27 holes, just 10 minutes from the apartment. A mini-golf course is located nearby for families and children.
