The neighborhood was once working farm. There is still one section with cows, goats llamas a few free range peacocks that roam the neighborhood.

Convenient location! Basic amenities good. No hand rail on wall next to bathtub. Suggest a mat to help prevent falls. Bathtub drain is extremely slow. Too much water collects while showering, even a quick shower. VRBOs typically have basic condiments; salt, pepper, sugar. There is no salt here.

Quiet in Austin

Quit little neighborhood in the heart of Austin with a farm on the same street as the VRBO house😲! Morning walks with our 2 little pups were lovely. Drive 3 blocks out of the neighborhood, and there’s CVS, Shipley’s Donuts, Sprouts, restaurants, and more. Inside the rental, things are modern, clean, and attractive. Each bedroom has nice linens and plenty of pillows. The kitchen is supplied with nice dishes, utensils, and appliances. The big fenced backyard and the smaller enclosed patio yard were perfect for Gracie and Peanut. We would gladly stay here again!
