Located facing the sea, a stone's throw from the town center and the Casino of Villers-sur-Mer, in a villa that has been completely renovated from the outside (summer 2025, painting and flooring work in the common areas is planned). This beautiful, fully equipped apartment comprises:
A spacious living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, and a dishwasher.
One bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
One parking space is available in the residence.
Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Cleaning is to be carried out by you at the end of your stay.
An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for €50 including tax.
