Fully equipped with all the comforts, this modest three-story home offers plenty of charm and living space. You’ll be right across from the Dordogne River (all levels overlook the river), which flows peacefully, and very close to shops, the Argentat riverfront, and downtown, with the biodiversity reserve on the opposite bank. You’re sure to enjoy a peaceful or active vacation, depending on your preferences. For anglers, the Dordogne is right at your doorstep. Just a few kilometers away lies the majestic site of the Tours de Merle. Additionally, Argentat is one hour from the Monts du Cantal to the east and one hour from the Lot and Dordogne regions (visit the Gouffre de Padirac and Collonge-la-Rouge).
* On the first floor: dining room and kitchen equipped with electric stovetop, microwave, new dishwasher and new washing machine, large new refrigerator with freezer, a lovely and very complete set of dishes, an extendable table, a large-screen TV, and a sofa that converts into a very comfortable double bed. Terrace-style garden on the side of the house. Access to the Dordogne via a small public staircase.

* First floor: in the spacious bedroom (very comfortable double bed and a table with armchairs), historic stone sink, bathroom with a new shower and toilet.
* Level N+2: bedroom with two beds that can be pushed together, sleeping arrangements available for children, a table and two chairs, and two comfortable armchairs

Please note: this unit has only one bathroom with a toilet, located in the first-floor bedroom. You must therefore pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom.
