The sunrise can be seen directly from your bed (large French window with sea view) and of course from your terrace.
The large communal swimming pool is also visible from the terrace and has sunbeds at your disposal.
Ideally located 600m from the sea (Playa El Castillo sandy beach), your apartment is also very close to two supermarkets (450m) and the Golf de la Duquesa (900m).
The promotion is located in a quiet and secure residential complex. The configuration of the apartment in the corner of the building on the second floor also brings you peace and tranquillity.
Around the building, there are free parking spaces.
The port of La Duquesa, with its restaurants, bars, playgrounds, etc. is easily accessible on foot from the apartment (20 minutes).
The apartment is recently furnished and has two bedrooms (one with a new 160cm double bed and another with two new 90cm single beds). Each room has large wardrobes, a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, refrigerator, freezer). The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine (iron and ironing board). A comfortable and spacious dining room and living room complete the description. We have WIFI (600M fibre optic) and a 55-inch Smart TV with cable. For sunny summer days, the air conditioning with grilles has the advantage of being quiet, all rooms are air-conditioned!
The building has a lift.
In addition to the beautiful sandy beaches and the incredible atmosphere of the Port of la Duquesa, the area is also ideal for hiking (the mountains are a few km away) and for cultural visits (Gibraltar and its rock at 35km, Ronda and its white villages at 70Km, the beautiful white village of Casares at only 10Km, Marbella at 45Km, Estépona and its beautiful historic centre at 12Km. Longer but equally beautiful excursions are possible to Tarifa (3/4h), Cadiz (1h30), Seville (2h), Cordoba (2h30), Granada (2h30)...
Malaga airport is 95km away, you can reach the apartment by rental car but also by bus (11 euros to Estepona).

Check in was very easy - just wish there had been an early option.The apartment is fantastic. Perfect amount of space for a family of 4 including 12 and 15 year old boys. Wifi available.Plenty of space on the balcony.The pool area needs maintainance. If we'd had younger children with us, it would have been a real disappointment to arrive and find the child's pool empty!! The bridge is closed off and the sunbeds are tired, could do with replacing. The pool itself was nice and the water was a good temperature.It was often difficult to find parking nearby as its a narrow road so we often had to park round the corner - not an issue, just something to be aware of. Great location. Quiet. Easy walk into Duquesa. Gym, restaurants, supermarkets and beach all nearby. Fantastic location for exploring more of the Costa del Sol.

Estancia en Jardines de la Duquesa
Buenas vistas al mar, apartamento amplio y bien cuidado, cercano a la playa (debes ir en coche pero no es problema porque hay bastante aparcamientos) y la piscina comunitaria me ha encantado.
La terraza del apartamento daba una sensación de no estar cuidada al igual que el interior del apartamento (pero puede ser lógico porque está abierta y es muy amplia y esto puede provocar dicha sensación)
