July 4 stay

1. No pool lighting/ very few pool chairs; 2. Indoor light bulbs burnt out; 3. Vacuum cleaner would be helpful for inside; 4. Garbage disposal doesn’t work; 5. Range dirty; 6. Patio area needs weeded; 7. Covered back porch area and furniture nice

Surfside Realty was great to work with, they had someone come every other day to clean the pool and facilities responded to my concerns quickly. The house needs some TLC, the beds are very uncomfortable and furniture is stained. I was surprised by the state of the inside when we arrived, it wasn’t fully cleaned and ready for occupancy. Surfside offered to send someone to clean but by that point days had past. The location is awesome! The pool only has 3 old rusty chairs. I will stay in this area again and rent with Surfside but not this house.
