Private country setting just 5 miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival

Park like setting with 13 wooded acres just 5 miles from GLEF. This ranch style house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms (can be flexible on number of beds requested). Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer, turkey, and birds. Spend the day exploring the area; 15 min to Elk Rapids, 20 min to downtown Traverse City, just 8 min to Flint Fields horse park and 10 min to Meijer. When you arrive back home you can eat dinner and then relax at the outdoor entertainment area that includes a fire pit, dinning table, and 50"smart tv. As you enter from the attached 2 1/2 garage you will find the large mudroom with room for all your gear. The rest of the main level has open feeling with large sitting area, dining room, open kitchen/living area. Master bedroom has king bed with attached bath (whirlpool tub and walk in shower). Guest bed 1 has a king bed, guest bed 2 has two twin beds. Guest bathroom was just updated and has tub/shower combo. The Lower level is unfinished and includes laundry, additional full bathroom, and large living area with 75" tv with surround sound. Also plenty of room for an additional queen bed. Amenities include: Firepit, Outdoor Tv, Outdoor grill, A/C in Bedrooms, Smart Tv's (Roku, Firestick), Wifi, Two Car Garage
