Cozy 3 bedroom house for rent nightly or weekly within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, gas station, grocery store and pharmacy. One mile from public beach/boat launch. Plenty of room on side yard for boat trailer. One bedroom has queen bed, the other two have full/double beds. Quaint kitchen with all of the appliances and amenities. One very large bathroom. Washer and dryer, Central A/C and Wifi at your disposal with ample parking. Fire pit and gas grill with outside seating. Dogs are welcome with fee. All living space is on 2nd floor and requires the use of wide carpeted stairwell with hand rail.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We do not expect our guests to clean the house . We ask that you leave our home as neatly as you found it. If there were "accidents" clean them up and advise if anything requires extra attention.
Please wash, dry and put away all dishes.
Please put all used linens in white hamper marked "dirty" next to washer/dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You may use gas grill provided . Please be sure to clean up all surrounding debris and leave grates clean.
After using fire pit, please return chairs to the garage and clean up any debris. Please do not leave unattended or build fire during windy weather.
Per town regulations, please do not use fireworks or play loud music after 11pm.

Mountain Retreat

Cozy, comfortable and clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and had pretty much anything you would need, including extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Quiet location yet close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

We had a great experience all the way round! The rental process was very easy and when we needed to communicate with the owners, they got back in touch with us promptly. The home was comfortable and clean and the little gift basket, filled with items we might need, was so thoughtful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was close to all that we wanted to do. We would 100% rent this location again. Thanks!

Old Forge Family Vacation

Very clean and comfortable accommodations, well equipped with everything we needed. There was even a basket in the bathroom with essentials lest you forget something, a nice touch! We were able to walk to most everything in town avoiding the traffic and finding parking spots. If you are travelling with a toddler I would suggest bringing a baby gate as you go up a flight of stairs upon entering. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

We are a long time renter of winter properties and spend every winter snowmobiling. We discovered the beauty of Summer with the clean lakes and attractions Old Forge has to offer as well and decided to invest in a cozy rental property which we can enjoy ourselves from time to time.

What makes this property unique

This property is close to most all main attractions in Old Forge. A 5 minute drive to water park and public beach/boat launch. Clean and well maintained living space with all the amenities to relax, cook and enjoy the area.
