Locally owned. Within 20 minutes of the airport, the Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson, spring training baseball, Desert Ridge Mall, the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and a wide range of restaurants and amenities. Less than five minutes from multiple hiking/ biking trails within the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac right off Arizona SR 51 (Piestewa Freeway). This 3 BR/ 2 bath includes a pool, spa, artificial grass, barbecue grill, and a fire place.

There is a Ring Doorbell installed at the front door. There is also a security camera located over the side gate and garage. There are no recording devices in private areas including the spa and pool.
