The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Jean-de-Maruéjols-et-Avéjan, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 170 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 49 m², a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a beautiful courtyard terrace of about 200 m² where the pool is located and a courtyard that allows you to enjoy a little shade. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows :
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 49 m² with a sofa and a dining room, Wifi (optical fiber)
- A separate dining room
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates, toaster, electric kettle, nespresso coffee maker...
- A master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a bathroom with shower
- Two separate toilets.
- Laundry room.
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (160 x 200), a shower room with adjoining shower
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (180 x 200), a bathroom with shower
- Room 3 : 4 single beds (2x2 bunk beds), a bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet.

For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A private swimming pool open from April to October (8 m x 3 m). Dates of opening non-contractual, subject to modification by the owners.
- A beautiful private courtyard of 200 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days: outside table (10/12 persons) and a garden lounge (8/10 persons) and WC.
It is closed with a double door that closes with a hook, this courtyard overlooks the garden and the common parking totally closed.
- A relaxation area around the pool with a sheltered area under which there are 6 deckchairs around the pool.
- A bowling green at the bottom of the garden (to be shared with the owners).

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Maruéjols-et-Avéjan, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are within walking distance (grocery store, butcher, baker, pharmacy).

Activities:
- Visit to the gorges of the Ardèche or the Cèze with the possibility of canoeing, kayaking or paddling...
- Visit to the different caves in the vicinity: Cocalière cave at about 18 km, Chauvet cave at about 26 km and Salamandre cave at about 14 km...
- Great site of the aven d'Orgnac at about 15 km.
- The bamboo grove of Anduze nearby.
- The famous Cevennes National Park, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 48 km away.
- The waterfalls of Sautadet at about 32 km.
- The Haribo candy museum.
- Several beautiful villages in the vicinity.

- You can park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate 3 cars.
- Nearest train station: Ales at 27 km (about 33 minutes by car)
- Nearest TGV station: Nîmes at 68 km (at about 1h09) or Avignon at 73 km (at about 1h17)
