Restored, air-conditioned stone house - sleeps 8 - four bedrooms, four shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven + microwave, fridge, freezer), griddle on the terrace. Baby equipment available. Very pleasant west-facing terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs. Wi-Fi.
13 x 5 m swimming pool, 2.20 m deep end, large pool deck, large garden. Shared with the owner.
Children's play area, table tennis, pétanque court.
Pets are welcome for an additional €10 per night.
In the village: bakery, restaurants, post office, bicycle rental.
Supermarkets and a medical center are 10 minutes away.

Attention, lorsque vous êtes à la piscine, le propriétaire se permet de passer et repasser, il nous annonce que la piscine est partagée sauf que ce n’est pas notifié dans l’annonce et si vous avez des animaux, ils ont demandé de payer un supplément pour les chiens(qui n’est pas des moindres), c’est encore un élément qui n’était pas noté dans l’annonce. Propriétaire beaucoup trop présent. Pour info, ils habitent à côté donc partage la cour également

Une très belle maison, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances entre amis ou en famille.Une très belle piscine et la climatisation ont été appréciées pour les quelques jours de forte chaleur.Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et conseillés pour les nombreuses possibles activités par les propriétaires.(Rivière,kayak,divers parcs, spéléo, randonnée...)Le village est très joli,tout en pierres,est très bien situé pour visiter la région.Une adresse que je recommande !

Super Gites

super accueil avec une petite attention dans le frigo ( excellent vin ) a savoir qu' il y a pas mal d' escaliers donc difficile voir impossible pour PMR manque coins ombragé à la piscine pour pouvoir profitée de celle-ci endroit calme idéal pour décompressée.... encore merci pour l' accueil

Maison ardéchoise de charme

Très bon séjour dans le beau village de Berrias .Propriétaires très sympathiques Belle maison en pierre Avec la canicule nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse comme nous l’aurions souhaité Très beaux extérieurs surtout avec des enfants , balançoires, Ping - Ping ,terrain de boules ,transats . Un point très positif sur la grande piscine très bien adaptée pour les enfants et leur sécurité Maison climatisée très appréciée en cette période Que des points positifs Location à recommander

excellent séjour

Bonjour, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison de village Ardéchoise, la vue de la terrasse est superbe. La maison est très bien équipée, 3 salles de bain pour 4 chambres + éventuellement une en bas, que demander de plus. Nos journées ont été rythmées par le tennis de table, la pétanque, pour la piscine la température de l'eau été un peu juste en cette saison ce qui n'a pas empêché certains d'entre nous de se baigner. Vous avez des randonnées qui partent du village, sinon dans un rayon de quelques kilomètres il y a largement de quoi faire avec des niveaux de difficultés plus ou moins élevés que ce soit en randonnées, canoë, escalade, vtt ... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils. En conclusion, je recommande cette location et nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine.

periple en Ardeche

grande maison ardechoise bien equipée avec des chambres spacieuses et climatisées. Une grande terrasse abritée et munie d'une plancha permet de prendre ses repas protégé par une végétation luxuriante. La table de tennis de table, la piscine , le terrain de boules et le mini terrain de foot permettent de varier les plaisirs sportifs. La descente de l'ardeche en canoé est un vrai plaisir et toute beauté du pays est impressionnante. De plus l'accueil est excellent et sympathique. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment dépaysante.

Un super gite!

Nous avons été ravis par le gite qui est très fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, souriants et à l'écoute. La cour intérieure et l'escalier en pierre pour monter à l'étage sont magnifiques, typiques de l'Ardèche. Beaucoup de choses à voir et faire aux alentours. La piscine est bien grande et agréable. Que du positif ... sauf la chaleur dans les chambre en juillet. Prenez un ventilateur!

Le calme et le charme

Vous serez accueillis de manière charmante. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. L'équipement est parfait et la piscine merveilleuse. A deux pas, il y a de superbes promenades. Vivement recommandé à ceux qui désirent un repos bien mérité.

De vrais vacances

Trés bon accueil des propriétaires, qui sont vraiment à votre écoute. Le logement est spacieux, propre, et très bien équipé. C'est le silence total. Et pour les soirées d'hiver, la cheminée qui fonctionne à merveille, procure des soirées très agréables.
