Powertrip recovery

This was a nice quiet place for our family to recover from a night of Powertripping in Indio. Easy to get to the interstate. Enough rooms for everyone to spread out, sleep in, and rest up for the next night of rocking out. A bonus was that you could buy gas at normal (not CA) prices.

Property was clean just needs a few updates not enough tvs only 2 there was 1 tv in living room and another in 1 of the bedrooms also not enough seating in living room also has a lot of ants outside and inside property other then that nice stay.

We arrive late. It was like scary because it was dark and look like alone. Garden was very big. But inside is beautiful like the pictures. We enjoy a lot staying near cabazon outlets. Just step from the stores.

First time Vrbo user

This property is located right in between the Cabazon Outlets and Morongo Casino, with the outlets being a few steps away and Morongo being around the corner. Communication with the host was fast and she was eager to resolve any issues. All bedrooms are big with their own complete bathroom, and the fourth room looks like an office space converted to fit just a queen mattress. Overall a great property that I would recommend to anyone.

It was great

The location it pretty good it literally sits right in back of the shopping outlets in fact you could walk out the front door and go into the parking lot of the Outlets and shop until you drop, the house itself is very roomy, BUT IT COULDVE BEEN BETTER if they added a kiddie pool to the back yard or the front yard, or if there was a Tub to set up something romantic, but the kitchen 😩😩 the kitchen was lovely and the grill top on the stove was great. The best thing about this unit IMO is the isolated room on the other side of the house so the kids and the grandma can all have their space n fun and the couple that’s in the master bedroom can have their privacy..it does have a lot of rules about having two pairs of shoes one for outside and one for inside but besides that it’s a great place with good location and we’ll be back again 👌🏿👌🏿

Nice rental unit

I had 2 of my staff stay here while they were working in Beaumont. They had no complaints at all. They noted that the backyard needs some work (if it is intended as a space for just sitting outside). We usually find in our rentals that all the bedrooms have TV's. I was aware in advance that there was a TV in the living room and 1 in one of the bedrooms. It was a smart TV, but there were no subscriptions for on line streaming and it would not play via an android cast application. These are minor points and I would not discourage anyone from booking here.

Served its purpose but will not return

I have stayed at many short term rentals. This had the worst check in process ever. I had to send pictures of my personal credit card and drivers license multiple times and they kept claiming they werent getting it. I wasnt sent the specific address until 9pm the day of check in. The house next door on BOTH sides was abandoned and windows boarded up. The rental we were in was missing half of once side of the back yard fence completely. Yard was completely overgrown weeds. The house had electrical cords running along basebaords. The floors had screws in them holding them in place. The fourth bedroom should clearly state it is only for children. Its a homemade bedframe on the floor with only a mattress topper thrown over it. There was no walking room. THe door opens straight to the bed which takes up the entire space. No closet or walking area. The house was cleaner then I expected based on the reviews I read prior. And they did message me very quickly after leaving to let me know I forgot a pair of airpods and I was able to turn around and collect them from the cleaning crew. The house was large and spacious but not enough seating spaces in the living room for everyone. It served its purpose but it was not a nice property.

Disappointing

Most dishes were just plain dirty or not very clean. Kitchen faucet nearly fell off. Had silverware but only 1 fork. 2 trash bags for a 2 week stay. No salt or pepper. No dish towels or dish clothes. A kitchen drawer was missing. A spot on the living room floor is ready to cave in. Sink in back bedroom is clogged. I sent an email on the first morning, but no reply and they claim to have never received it. It was very challenging to talk to someone about my stay and when I did, they wanted photo evidence. I suggested they go look for themselves and find out. They did not. Don't expect much. Maybe you'll get lucky and the people before you will leave it as clean as I did. I was not so lucky.

Morongo alternative

Booking this house for the weekend was an excellent alternative to staying at Morongo Casino and paying for 4 rooms x 2 nights. Not only did it save us money it also saved us time as it’s in a great location right behind the Cabazon Outlets so you don’t have to drive/park. The Host is very responsive and attentive.

Nice place to stay for visiting Palm Springs!!

The property is very well maintained and clean. It was a great location and perfect size for me and my extended family to visit the Palm Springs area. The mall next door is a great bonus if you forgot to take the right clothes for the trip. :)
