• Movie theatre room with a 120 inch projector screen and 4k movie projector
• Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video, and DAZN
• Bonus game room/man cave with air hockey table
• Karaoke machine
• 3 large modern beds and 3 custom tiled restrooms
• High speed Wifi
• 55 inch TV and 45 inch TV
• Fully fenced large private back yard with a waterfall, firepit, swinging chairs, and patio sets.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional undocumented guests allowed. If additional guests are present, there will be a $60 charge per extra person per day. No parties allowed.
If the home is left in dirty condition there will be an extra cleaning fee of $250 imposed. Please do not stain towels. $15 charge per stained towel
Do not flush towelettes/wet wipes/large amounts of toilet tissue down the toilets/drains. If clogged guest will be charged $250 to clear the drains.
