Property was nice, host responded to my questions, found some trash in the unit, one can in the couch behind pillows, kitchen well stocked with cookware and plates, overall nice location. The smell and the water pressure was a con for us the rest was wonderful. Thank you for a nice vacation!!!

This was the perfect property to stay. As advertised it was everything we looked for. We did have a problem with the sink but it was handled in 2 hours due to the owners quick response. This place is awesome. Comfortable, home like, and just like it’s yours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We cooked like it was our own house. You will be lucky to stay here.

Loved the condo, the building, location, beach, ability to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Parking, check in, check out are all a breeze. Option to use elevator or stairs is a plus. Access to pool, beach, hot tub, tennis court are all with ease. The beach was pristine when we went this year. No seaweed, trash, fish or anything on the beach. Not overcrowded, easy to get anywhere and great weather. Can watch sunrise on one side and sunset and fireworks on the other. Have no idea why Texans go out of state for such an amazing beach getaway as SPI. I would add more positives, but I kind of want to keep this place a secret. Laid back friendly Texans and a great beach town was just what we needed for our vacation. Thanks!
