Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Adjust thermostat to 76 degrees in summer.... Adjust thermostat to 67 degrees in winter
Rinse all beach essentials (2 chairs, wagon, cooler) before returning to condo balcony
TRASH DUMPSTER located on the Southwest side of building on the Morningside Dr side
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please pick-up after your pet using waste bags in dog bin
Please rinse sand from beach wagon, cooler and (2) beach chairs at the pool rinse station located within the courtyard....fold and return to balcony
We DO NOT routinely supply laundry detergent for washer unless left by previous guest
