Quiet seaside house in a cul-de-sac.

This charming detached house awaits you in a cul-de-sac without passage. A green garden of 450m2 and a private parking space in front of the house complete this rental. This house is 400 metres from the sandy beach of Postolonnec and 250 metres from the GR34 coastal path.<br>You will be 2km from the shops and the market of Crozon.<br>On the ground floor a fitted kitchen open to a dining room with direct access to a small stone terrace (equipment: fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso and Italian capsule coffee makers). A bedroom (double bed 160x200), a bathroom with shower, double sink and separate toilet. Upstairs a large living room bathed in light with sea view, sofa, and desk. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided (it is possible to provide sheets and towels on request - 20€ extra). Small pets are allowed (20€/week, to be paid on site)Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday

Le lieu est très calme, proche de la mer et du sentier de randonnée. La gestion de la température ne pose aucun problème malgré le manque de climatisation. La chambre à coucher est la pièce la plus fraîche. Le logement est très cosi et très bien équipé. Il ne nous manquait que le lave-vaisselle, c’est bien la seule chose mais minime par rapport au reste. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus verfügt vom oberen Stockwerk aus über einen fast direkten Blick auf das Meer. Die nächste Bucht zum Baden ist knapp fünf Mnuten entfernt, der Wanderweg GR 34 ist noch dichter. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, mit den Rollläden und Vorhängen kann man jedoch die Wärme gut steuern. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden sofort wieder dorthin reisen

Parfait!

La maison est propre, bien équipée, bien située, au calme. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et réactifs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Wir haben den Urlaub in Crozon dank des sehr sauberen, toll ausgestatteten Ferienhauses sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Küstenwandernweg und zum Strand ist großartig.

Superbe location très bien située. Seul bémol, l'accès au jardin, mais cela ne nous a pas causer de soucis car la météo n'était pas propice à manger dehors...

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Das Haus vereint die besten Seiten der Halbinsel Crozon: Strand ganz in der Nähe, Einstieg in den Küstenwanderweg um die Ecke, Blick auf die Bucht von Douarnenez vom oberen Geschoss. Wirklich zu empfehlen!
