An outdoor toilet.<br>A shed in the garden with a washing machine and dryer.<br>Garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs.<br><br>Linen is provided, but it is not ironed. There is an iron and a small ironing board in the shower room and a large ironing board in the shed.<br>The rental also includes towels and end-of-stay cleaning.<br><br>We take care to make the place and its equipment available in the cleanest possible condition.<br><br>You will find on the table a house manual that will help you to inform yourself and follow the instructions. With a small gift from the region and instructions for using the appliances.<br><br>You have products at your disposal to help you out.<br>I will ask you to replace them with equivalence if used. <br>A BWT water filter is at your disposal. The filters are changed regularly.<br><br>Do not put kitchen knives and other food processor knives or pans in the dishwasher, so as not to dull the edge of the knives and damage the pans.<br>The breakfast drawer should be opened when in use. <br>Empty the vacuum cleaner after each use.<br>Don't forget to block the shutters when they are open, close the windows and the parasol when you go out, rain and wind can do a lot of damage...<br><br>This house is selective sorting, please use the appropriate bins. <br><br>Non-smoking house. If you can't hold back... Do it in the garden or on the terrace, please.<br><br>Pets are allowed under your responsibility. They must be clean and quiet, no barking please! And thank you for picking up droppings in the garden.<br><br>You are in a quiet area, so I will ask you to respect the place and the area and not to make too much noise. Turn down the volume of the television, radio or other music. No noise between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. No parties or parties.<br><br>It's a small house, we have optimised it as much as possible to receive the family.<br>The shower room and the interior toilet are accessible through the large bedroom.<br>One of the bedrooms has an attic and access is via the bedroom on the ground floor.
