About this property

House completely renovated in 2017, located in the centre of a village with market halls and a historic church (15th century) in the Vendée. Shops are 100 metres away (bakery, butcher, convenience store, tobacco shop/newsstand); a supermarket is 1.5 km away. The property features a covered, wind-protected summer kitchen overlooking two south-facing terraced gardens—very quiet. Located 15 km from the sea, with a golf course 15 minutes away by car; nearby activities include a tree-top adventure park (1 km), go-karting (10 km), a water park (6 km), and Puy du Fou (45 minutes away)—30 minutes from the La Roche-sur-Yon TGV station.

Fantastique
