Recent house built in 2022, just put up for seasonal rental following a move, comfortable, ideally located 50 metres from the port and the sea and close to the city centre, all on foot, partial sea and port view, 3-star rating in progress, reversible heating-air conditioning by heat pump, composed of:
On the ground floor: living room with fully fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, extractor, dishwasher, Dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle...), master bedroom with shower room and wardrobe-dressing room, WC, bicycle room,
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe cupboards, shower room, separate toilet,
2 terraces, garden table, barbecue, small garden and enclosed parking.
Washing machine, television, fibre optic internet.
Bed linen and toiletry not provided but possibility on request.

Maison au calme, près le mer et proche de tout

Un super sejour dans une maison neuve, agencée avec goût, au calme, tout confort, au fond d’une impasse, avec vue sur le port, cuisine toute équipée avec îlot central, terrasse, chambres confortables, salles de bain avec douche à l italienne, parking pour la voiture.Proche des commerces, à pied.Accueil très sympathique.Parfait !
