Your stay is effortless with us! Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from Charlotte Bay's Public park with unforgettable sunsets, downtown Punta Gorda & Fisherman's Village. Updated for maximum comfort, this home has 3 bedrooms (6 Beds) & 3 full baths. Stay entertained by playing pool or trying to win at poker. The coffee bar is 24/7 while your beverages are always cold in our extra cooler. EV charger, Reverse Osmosis, Beach gear and more!! The screened-in lanai is perfect for golf watching as it is on the 15th hole of the Twin Isles Golf Course, with wildlife and sunset moments. We welcome you non-shedding dog with addendum and fee.
Master Bedroom- King sized bed, Work station, 65" TV with Roku and Comcast programming. The private bath off the master treats you to an oversized walk-in shower, with shower seat available, double sink, & ample storage for luggage and clothes. This large room is perfect for your little one in our portable pack-n-play.
First Floor Guest Room- This guest room has two queen beds, a closet for storage, and a 65" Tv with Roku and Comcast. 3/4 bath is right across from the bedroom.
Upstairs sleep and play- 8ft pool table with multiple cue sticks. A day bed with a trundle underneath, & a queen bed. Another 75" TV with a couch and a Xbox One with multiple games (E-M). The full size Bathroom with a lovely full size bathtub.
Coffee Bar- Drip, Pour over, K cup? We have you covered with sugar, creamer and a variety of coffees and teas. There are bar amenities provided too.
Living Room- Along with the couch for relaxing, we have a 75" TV with Roku along with Comcast Cable programming. Enjoy the poker table complete with 4 drink holders and a reversible top that changes to Craps & Black Jack underneath it. Assorted games makes game night a win for everyone. A variety of children's books are also provided.
Lanai and Heated Pool: the lanai has one lounge chair, a love seat with coffee table and a built in seating area with a small decorative table. The pool is heated to an average of 80 degrees (assuming outdoor temps are above 70. Spa is heated to just below pool temperature at this time. It is not a hot tub.
We are committed to your stay and accessible at all times.
Burnt Store Isles is a deed restricted community that assures a safe and quiet stay. Our golf front home is walking distance away from Publix, Anytime Fitness, Walgreens, & other necessities. It is a friendly and walkable neighborhood. We are an easy 10 minute drive from downtown Punta Gorda as well as Ponce de Leon Park with beautiful sunsets and boardwalk bordering Charlotte Harbor and Gilchrist Park. It is truly a centrally located home for both relaxation and beauty!
