The accommodation consists of a light-filled winter garden with dining area and library relaxation area opening onto the garden (unheated room), a very spacious main room with equipped kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, three bedrooms (two bedrooms equipped respectively with a 160x200 bed and two 90x200 beds opening onto the main room and a small bedroom equipped with two 90 bunk beds opening onto the winter garden), a bathroom with shower and toilet (accessible from the main room and also communicating with the master bedroom), and a bathroom with toilet. Electric heating. Parking possible for one vehicle in the condominium. Cycle path in the street near the cottage, ideal for going to the town center or to the beach.
