Gîte du Caplande - LE Teich

Located in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, in the town of Le Teich, not far from the bird sanctuary, about fifteen kilometres from Arcachon, the Dune du Pyla, and its ocean beaches, the Caplande holiday rental welcomes you for a stay of a few days or longer. Our holiday rental, housed in a 36-square-meter cottage, is located next to our home (not overlooked) in a quiet residential area. You’ll have access to a private outdoor terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, lounge chairs, and a plancha grill—perfect for enjoying the pleasant weather. You can park your car and bicycles in the property’s private, secure parking area (enclosed lot with a secure gate and video surveillance system). You’ll appreciate the comfort of our holiday rental, where every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you have the best possible stay. It consists of a main room opening onto the terrace, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, a sleeping area with a 140x190 bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. Linens and heating are included in the price. Bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning services are available for rent (additional fees apply).
