Pessac: Unitech Park and Ride In the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, on the edge of the forest, the Labory gîte is a family home situated in a large, enclosed park crossed by a stream. You will appreciate this unspoiled natural setting and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation soothed by the sound of the wind in the pine trees or the cicadas in summer. At the crossroads of beaches (Biscarosse, Le Pyla, Arcachon Bay), lakes (Hostens, Sanguinet), and Bordeaux, this location is ideal for enjoying numerous activities (canoeing, amusement parks, zoos, cycle paths, and much more). The gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a kitchen opening onto the living area with a dining room and lounge (television, decorative fireplace), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two more attic bedrooms (with low beams), each furnished with a double bed (140x190 cm). Heating and air conditioning are provided. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Wi-Fi internet access is provided. A gas griddle is also available. The cottage is located next to an outbuilding occasionally occupied by the owners. This accommodation is for private use only.
