Excellent apartment in a great location. The apartment is roomy and comfortable and has everything you need. The convenient location is central to everything in the Sarasota area especially downtown. The property amenities are extensive and useful. The host was helpful and provided all the access information and details.

Perfect accommodations. Very clean. Hosts were easy to coordinate with and helpful. Great area and walking to main street.

Clean property, great location walkable to downtown area restaurants and shops. Responsive host.Truly sleeps 5 people if 1 person sleeps on the sofa; the sofa is not a sleeper sofa. Could easily bring an air mattress but it is not included. One assigned parking spot.

The condo was very clean, great location and well equipped. Rating was reduced due to poor communication from host. There were no instructions on how to get into the property over the weekend as the garage gates were closed. I received no response after emailing and calling contact number. Fortunately another resident let us into the lobby to access the garage. The WiFi was very unstable which caused problems for my work. Overall with better communication on access to the condo and not requiring WiFi connectivity, I would consider the property again
