Discover this charming Sarasota Sunshine Pool House, 10 min from Siesta Key Beach and 5 min from downtown Sarasota’s restaurants and bars. Enjoy our upcoming pool and spa (coming September 2024)!!
Three bedrooms with Casper beds, a sunroom with TV, and a game room with darts and putting game. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, and Blackstone grill offer home-like convenience. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, it’s a short walk to Legacy Trail or bike ride to downtown. Two bikes and all Beach gear provided ! Now available two e-bikes to rent for $35.00/day per bike. Just ask and we’ll add them to your stay along with a waiver to sign.

The cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Absolutely perfect for our family. Our kids particularly liked the privacy of the backyard pool. A full beach setup for the family (Umbrella, chairs, cart) was included and perfect for our "fly-in" beach vacation. We will be back!

Easy check in. Very clean and the cutest decorations! The beds are comfy. It had so many things to do! It had a basket ball game in laundry room, mini golf, Giant connect four, a cute photo drop and many other games. The pool is fabulous and heated: it was the perfect stay! Only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to stay again soon!

The house was lovely! Very clean and well stocked and the pool was so enjoyable. The host was very responsive and helpful. She recommended a great spot for sunset... We road bikes up to O'Leary's on the bay. I highly recommend it! The location was great and we had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay during our daughter's lacrosse tournament. It was a wonderful stay! The cleanliness stood out to me first. The decor was SO pleasing & thought out! The quality of bed linens , towels , soaps etc. was a huge plus!! The pool is fantastic! The whole backyard is so nice! The sunroom & game room are a nice BONUS! The neighborhood is clean & quiet! Our family truly enjoyed this property. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. The pool was amazing. And the room off the back was great for the kids to hang out. Amazing!!!

The house was so clean and decorated beautifully. The backyard area was stunning as well! It was so nice that there were so many bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and everything you could need in the kitchen they had! Such a short drive to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, and only 5 min from nearest grocery store. We enjoyed our stay here so much.

A great Thanksgiving in a fabulous house. This home is very clean, well furnished, and really well stocked. Most places give you one or two starters for necessities (dishwasher pods, laundry, toilet paper) but this home had plenty of everything. The pool was amazing and heated and we loved it. There are plenty of games and things to do. Shannon is awesome and extremely responsive. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay

Shannon did a great job hosting my family of 6. We have 4 under 5 and the house, pool and all of the amenities it has to offer were perfect for us. Shannon also was quick to communicate when something was needed. Without even asking she had a portacrib dropped off in less than 30 min. We plan on being back next year! We have found a nice little spot that is perfect for our family. Would highly recommend!

This beautiful home is fabulous and contains every amenity you would want! Shannon was extremely responsive to our questions and even allowed us to extend our stay. The neighborhood is so quiet, and safe and charming- it has great neighbors. It is also close to everything! The beautiful Siesta key beach is 10 minute drive away, and only 5 minutes to the lively, and fun downtoan Sarasota with different types of restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops.
