Three bedrooms with Casper beds, a sunroom with TV, and a game room with darts and putting game. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, and Blackstone grill offer home-like convenience. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, it’s a short walk to Legacy Trail or bike ride to downtown. Two bikes and all Beach gear provided ! Now available two e-bikes to rent for $48.00/day. Just ask and we’ll add them to your stay along with a waiver to sign.

My husband and I live in Pennsylvania but spend months in Florida, we love the warm weather and the beach. I am a corporate attorney but love hosting our airbnb for guests to enjoy a piece of beautiful gulph coat Florida. We love to hike, cook and spend time with our dog.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is so quiet, and safe and charming- it has great neighbors. It is also close to everything! The beautiful Siesta key beach is 10 minute drive away, and only 5 minutes to the lively, and fun downtoan Sarasota with different types of restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops.
What makes this property unique
The new pool in the back is beautiful- heated and perfect for the family fun!
