V budově je 7 zprovozněných apartmánů z 9, ale klidné prostředí, dobrá vybavenost apartmánu, čistota, příznivá cena. V okolí dostupnost pláží (1-2km pěšky) obchod, restaurace 3 - 3,5km - na webu je nepravdivě uvedena možnost platby ubytování kartou, ve skutečnosti nelze. S personálem se bylo možno domluvit jen chorvatsky, německy ani anglicky to nešlo téměř vůbec. V ložnici i v noci občas rušil výrazný hluk čerpadla.
